7-day free trial. New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing.
Billing. After the trial, your subscription is billed monthly in advance at the rate of your chosen tier (£15, £49 or £79 per month).
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the current paid month is non-refundable.
Erroneous charges. If you are charged in error (for example, after a timely cancellation), contact us within 14 days at yangyunsong0505@gmail.com and we will refund the erroneous charge.
Digital service. SXS provides a digital data and information subscription service. Because the service is delivered digitally and consumed during the subscription period, fees for elapsed subscription time are non-refundable except as stated above.
